About us:

Student Government acts as a liason between the student body and  the school's administration. They aim to lead with dignity, honesty, and integrity while representing their constituents best interests. They are in the unique position of having access to resrouces that can allow them to improve student life on campus while simultaneously being students themselves. Therefore, they act with the knowledge needed to make decisive changes on campus. Additionally, they aim to improve engagment amongst the student body by hosting fun social mixers and fundraising events.

Student Government is committed to making your life on campus easier. If you ever want to contact the SGA about your issues, please email them or come to weekly townhall meetings at 11:00 PM in the CFH building.

Mission

The Student Body of Northern Virginia Community College, in support of the institutional mission, establishes this student association to provide students with a forum for concerns, to offer leadership development opportunities, and to promote cultural, recreational, and educational activities to all students of Northern Virginia Community College.
