As finals week came to a close, Student Life hosted a successful Finals Stress Relief event at the CFH Library on May 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event gave students an opportunity to take a well-deserved break, recharge, and connect with friends in a fun and relaxing environment.

Students enjoyed a variety of activities throughout the afternoon, including a silent disco where they listened to music and relaxed between study sessions. Creative stations allowed students to color fun designs, make bracelets for themselves and their friends, and write thoughtful graduation cards celebrating classmates and upcoming graduates. Puzzles and board games also gave students a chance to unwind and socialize.

To make the experience even better, students were treated to plenty of snacks while spending time with friends and taking a break from the stress of exams and deadlines. The event created a positive and welcoming atmosphere that helped students relax, laugh, and finish the semester on a strong note.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make Finals Stress Relief such an enjoyable event for the NOVA community.
