Annandale Mental Health Day Recap

On Tuesday, March 3rd, students gathered in the CE Forum for Annandale’s Mental Health Day, a campus-wide event dedicated to supporting mental and physical well-being. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the space offered students a chance to pause, recharge, and focus on self-care.

Attendees enjoyed relaxing chair massages, a calming tea room, time with therapy dogs, and a creative Art Break activity. The event provided a welcoming environment for students to step away from the stress of college life and reconnect with themselves and others.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Mental Health Day a meaningful success. Student Life looks forward to continuing to support wellness across our campus community.
