Northern Virginia Community College administers the Community College Initiative Program in cooperation with the Community College Consortium (CCC). NOVA has administered the CCI Program since 2010.
Formed in 2009, the NOVA-led CCC is an informal association of geographically diverse community colleges that reflect the broad scope of U.S. society and culture and have significant international exchange experience.
