JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is a hybrid, part-time, project based position. Designers will use PRO Landscape software to craft residential scaled plan views of average homes valued at $1,000,000 and above average homes valued at $5,000,000+. Training and access to the PRO Landscape software program will be provided, as well as a compatible computer. This position will require 10-15 hours per week, with workload fluctuating based on demand. Pay rate starts at $20-25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be based in Northern Virginia
Ability to travel to job sites between Arlington and Loudoun County
Additionally, preferred experience with 3D rendering programs
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interest in landscape design
